ZINC as Gluconate 50mg 365 Tablets (12 Month's Supply)

I am taking these as a supplement as i am not getting enough in my diet, these are quite large but manageable, they come in an easy to open twist cap bottle which is not childproof.

i have not had any side effects from these, and have definitely noticed an improvement within myself.
