really good e-book tells you all about it and has printable pages for you to do, i find it very relaxing to lose myself into the world of colouring without getting strange looks because i am using a childrens colouring book!

great for everyone, even those with disabilities, due to mental health this helps calm me and can reduce my anxiety as i can forget my surroundings and just concentrate on the colouring in :)
