G-Biotics Vitamin B12 Tablets (High Strength - 1000 mcg) With Folic Acid

i am using these supplements as i need to ensure i am getting enough b12 in my diet as i wasn't before, they come in an easy to open twist cap bottle which is not childproof and are quite small so they are easy to swallow which is great for those that struggle to swallow any form of tablet. i have had no side effect from these either!
